Our condominium at Copper Mountain is truly ski in/ski out! Located right on the ski area slopes, Spruce Lodge is also just steps from the Village and the many restaurants and amenities that Copper has to offer. Once you park in the lodge's underground garage, you never need to drive again!



Our unit is an oversized one bedroom (870 sq. ft.) that sleeps six comfortably. There are two queen-sized beds in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the large living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The dining area and living area are open and comfortable. The living room has a gas fireplace and a view of the SKY chutes of the Ten Mile Range. There is cable TV, with a DVD player and small DVD library for our guests' use, as well as FREE unlimited US/Canada phone calls and FREE high speed, secured, wireless internet.

The Financial Particulars: Stays of less than three nights are assessed a one-time $70 cleaning fee. So, it makes sense to have a longer stay! There is also a $300 damage deposit required, which is returned when unit is vacated in satisfactory condition. And, of course, there are taxes. Deposit/Cancellation Policy - Fifty percent (non-refundable unless the unit is re-rented) is due when the reservation is made; the remainder is due 30 days before arrival (again, non-refundable unless re-rented).  Please get trip insurance - we can arrange for this for you as well (cost is about 7.5% of total).
